Thanks for sharing Alice's story. She seems cool and sounds like she has gone through a lot but is persevering. Good for her! Glad she has you in her life.

You certainly have a remarkable family, Wanda. And what is extremely clear is that you are an excellent mother and you love your children unconditionally. That kind of love is rare (I believe). I hope you take some pride in knowing you are a wonderful person.

Wishing you well,
NOS

She is indeed your daughter.A fighter ,like her mother.

Her road is not easy, and I know so is yours. But you have each other. And two is always better than one.

Thank you so much for sharing Alice's story,Wanda!

Alice is openly "out". I just want to explain some of the pain someone that is "different" have to face. I love her so much and am proud of who she is.

I am glad that the mental health and medical communities are finally discovering that gender identity problems are real issues that need to be addressed with compassion. I am also glad that Alice had a good friend along the way in Bart. A lot of young people with gender identity crisis are not so lucky.
