Thank You

Well I'm feeling better now. I don't know if it was because I was trying to stretch my mood stabilizers until I got paid or what caused this depression to be so bad. Anyway I'm back on the correct dosage of medicine and am feeling much better. I do want to thank all the kind words of encouragement and prayers. I don't think I'll be trying something that stupid again in the near future. It is not unusual for me to have a period of depression after a manic episode, but this one was way out of control. Today is the first day without tears. Yeah! I did decide not to go to a church member funeral today, because I thought it might be pushing myself too much. I did not know her real well so I thought it would be better to take care of myself. I also got a call from my doctor saying some of my lab work was really off, which could have also have made the depression worst. Stacy was wanting us to come up with something funny or happy, since I can't think of anything funny,so here is my happy news. I lost 69 lbs:)

Wanda, I just read through your earlier posts, and I feel for you so much. I know exactly what you are feeling, as you have read my blog, and I know it hurts so much.. I was thinking of doing the same as you just today in fact, because the flashbacks today were really bad, but we have to just hang in there and hopefully it will get better with time. Im so glad you made it through the dark days you had. I care. am there for you if you ever need to talk....Huggs Mary

messing with meds will destabilize you........... I find that I do fall into depression after mania. Its normal to go into it either before or after with a normal spell in between somewhere I think. I'm glad you are feeling better

That is criminal when we have to stretch medication that works, be it pharmaceuticals or natural formulas. It is criminal when a very wealthy country like this one allows people to stay sick.

Hey there. I have been out of pocket for several days and this is the first chance that I had to get back to you. I just breathe a sigh of relief when I read this post. I am glad that you feel stable. I don't think that you have to be grinning and feeling yippy skippy but stable is AWESOME compared to your last post. Hang in there my Dear. Please come by and visit my site. I enjoyed hearing from you and I am blessed to know that by commenting that you felt that I was THERE for you. That was what I wanted... to be there for you.

Be blessed.
