30 Lbs

30 lbs can really make a difference on how your clothes fit. I hand to get some underwear because it was always in the wrong spot. I also go a pair of pants to. You can only wear sweats so long. Well I was finally able to take a very small bag of my son's clothes to Good Will. That was very hard and it was just a little WalMart bag. I don't know what the rest of the plans for the day are yet . We will have to see.

to your question, yes, art is healing. Are you keeping a journal of some kind?? It might help. Sometimes you just need a way to get the feelings, pain, sadness out!!!

Hugs!!

That's good that you are making the effort to give your son's clothes to Good Will. That's good that you are buying clothes for yourself. Everything you do proves that you are not giving up.

Take care! *hugs* <3

30 punds, 15 kilograms - that's a lot! Take your time with that clothes-thing. Took my father over one year until he was able to work through the garderobe after the death of my mother.

I find it a positive sign that you can blog. One-day-at-a-time - just live one moment at a time as best you can. Lots of prayers are with you.

I'm with Mary. Is there someone to help support you at this time?
