Spending Some Time With A Friend

As anyone knows that has been following my blog knows I have been really struggling with depression. I am going to spend some time with a friend and take a short break from the everyday life. I think this would be good for me and it sure beats going to the hospital again. My therapist strongly suggested I take a break to avoid going to the hospital. This will give the medicine time to work and build up to a therapeutic level in my blood stream. I will be off line for a while, so don't worry about me. Thanks everybody for your encouragement and support.

I've read some of your blog and I do know some your struggles with depression and loss--I've had some of my own. I've lost an adult child myself. I think, if you have a good friend--then, that it's the absolute best thing you could do ---to go spend time! You're by yourself a lot and I think it would be better than therapy! Since I still have my husband--it probably wouldn't be something I could do--(but he supports me when I'm down, too)...so ANYTHING you could do, Wanda, to help your emotional distress-YES!! Do it, and I pray it will be oh, so very good for you! It's hard getting through dark days...I pray you'll see a lighter time very soon. God bless you, Wanda.

Dear Wanda, I think it is better when you remove the spam comment "bobby A. Ostlund" - such comments tent to trigger a string of fellow nonsense and all of a sudden your blog is flooded with silly articles about clothes, shoes and whatnot.

Besides that:

Welcome back!
