Boy are we ever in a heat wave. Not only is it hot but we are in drought. Everything is dying: no grass and the crops are just dying. Today it's been up to 113 degrees! We are in an excessive heat warning for the past several days. I believe we have been over 100 degrees for 23 days so far this summer. I am just so thankful for A/C. It's hotter here than in death valley.
Below are a couple of ways to cool off.

ac is a god send but i am so afraid of the power bill. i am so glad u keep the ac just low enough so my pestle, box and ceiling fans keep me not getting sick mom. id love to go swimming but it might kill me so i relate with the beagle in the fan ;)

I know what you mean, it is so hot here in Tennessee.
I like the sprinkler system, that reminds me of childhood and running in the sprinkler in our yard. Drink lots of water, friend.
