Oh Wanda... I have such a hard time with insurances (collecting with our business). It's just not right. I'm so sorry you're having problems with it. but it seems they never want to pay even though they are supposed to. Hope it all works out...
Yes, it is disgusting actually...I despise the health care system in our country! I'm so sorry you have to deal with it!

I have worked in the medical field in the Business office and so many times we do not get the payment of coverage promised due to "coding errors"...and that always takes time to get corrected: Hoping you are up and going by now ....
