One Day At A Time For Now

For now I am just trying to make it one day at a time. They have the mania controlled, but not the depression. I see my therapist Monday. This whole thing is so exhausting. I'm going to lie back down for now.

Not only should you be thinking "one day at a time" consider using "one moment at a time". I use that phrase to help me get through very difficult days. Take care and know that many blogpals are thinking about you.

Well Wanda everyone has great advice and I hope you will be able to use it. Seriously I prayed so hard after my son died last summer and behold He sent all of you blogger sisters into my life and you encouraged, loved, lifted me up and were there for me and for you all I am able to move forward. I think that's very wise-- one day at a time. I'm glad the mania is under control, and I hope that when you see your therapist on Monday something can be done to help your depression. Take it easy-- be gentle with yourself.
