More Meds
I'm still depressed so my doctor is uping my antidepresant. I guess I was on a lower dose of the Lexapro than he thought. He thinks I need to get out more and sleep less. Easier said than done. When your broke, it just easier to stay home. He wanted me to see a new thearpist also. I'm going to be seeing this one in a couple of weeks. With this thearpist my doctor would have more acess to what is going on since they are in the same group. I'm really hoping this will help because I feel no energy right now. It also seems now that I have more time that I'm remembering more of my past. Maybe now is just the right time to get better.

The past does have a way of sneaking in like that.. hugs wanda, im thinking of you.
Wanda,
I know its hard to get out when you're so depressed, but even walks can really improve that situation, and walks are free.Window shopping is free, going to the pet store and looking at cute animals is free. Going to Barn & Noble and sitting there for a bit reading the books (but not buying is free) I dont know what your transportation situation is, but I do know that if you have to take a bus, tokens are pocket change. Getting out is huge when you've got a black cloud settling, but it is also the best way to combat it. Clouds cant settle if youre on the move. Stay strong girl! And if we can help, let us know.
i hope the upping dose helps and the new T does also let us know how you go ok
Wolfbaby:
You are always so supportive. Thanks
Jade:
You really have some good ideas. I guess just moving has been the hard part.
JIP:
I think the increase dose has got to help. The doctor thought I had been on the dose since Aug. I really hope this T is one that can help me get to why I lose time and not remember.
(((hugs))) Thinking of you. I hope the added dosage helps my friend.
I know what you mean. It is very hard for me to "get moving" too. But, anything you can do to motivate yourself is great.
I am going to buy a light therapy lamp. I had a tought time last winter and think it will be a much better season if I have the lamp. Might getting a depression light be something to consider?
Hugs to you,
Deb
You know I could have sworn I commented on this once already- blogger must be messing up. You know I got into a really bad state of mind and began seeing a new psychaitrist who referred me to a new Therapist who also worked with him in the same office. THATS when I was FINALLY correctly diagnosed as bi-polar. This could be a very good thing hun.
I have this same complaint! People telling me that I need to get out, see friends, etc. I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE MONEY FOR GAS, WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE! I have a huge rant about this on my blog. I hope things get better for you.
The one thing I do is take a walk. And escape into Bloggy Hell. You have to have something!
Mysti:
Your support and friendship mean a lot to me. Thanks
Dr Deb:
The light thearpy sound interesting. I may have to give it a try.
Raine:
I hope having two people in the same office does help. I'm not sure we have the right diagnosis yet.
Cheesemiester:
Know what you mean. When money is so tight even gas is a problem. Blogging seems to help
