My best friend Y was going to throw way the curtains that came in her new mobile home because she did not like them. I told her I would take them because she was just going to burn them in the trash. Today we put up four sets of curtains and they make the windows to my mobile home look better.
I am going to have to down size into a government apartment since I can not afford the up keep on this place. I'm planning on putting it on the market soon. I just hope it sells. There is still so much work to do. I wish I were a "handyman".

Wanda,
It seems that your thoughts are becoming more positive and that is good to see. Take your projects one at a time and do what you can. Is there anyone at your church that would be willing to help you with the repairs you'd like to make?
take good care of yourself and thanks for visiting my blog!
It sounds like Y really cares for you. I'm so glad you have a friend like that to rely on.
Wishing you well,
NOS
Mobile homes are hella expensive. I should know--look how much mine's cost me, not only in the outrageous monthly payments, but in repairs! I don't have much choice but to stick it out here though even though it puts me in a real bind. I make "too much money" to qualify for a subsidized apartment (I make $2100 before taxes, after taxes it's closer to $1400 and $1100 of that goes to mortgage and lot rent.) I really couldn't get an apartment around here that was much cheaper though.
Glad you got the curtains. The blinds in here are a shambles but I'm not even to the stage where I can think about stuff like curtains yet.
Wanda glad you have Y in your life to help you along. Blessings dear one.
It's awesome that you got to use those curtains instead of being dumped. Nothing is impossible with Him so praying for Him to guide you in everything you do and for your plans to materialize. Take care and praying for His strength, grace and all of His awesome blessings. Be strong in the Lord's mighty power!
