God Gives Us More Strength
I am so thankful that God gives us more strength as life demands more of us. Being bipolar adds extra demands to your life. Sometimes I wonder if more than I can handle has been given to me. I am still in deep morning for my beloved son Chris. I am being seen weekly by my therapist. It's hard for me to say if this is helping because I'm not sure what is "normal". I still cry everyday. My best friend is in town for the next couple of days and we are doing somethings together. I really appreciate all the support I have been given by my on line friends. Words of encouragement can really brighten the day. Thank you for your support.

Hi Wanda,
I totally understand your thoughts about God giving us more than we can handle. I have OFTEN thought that due to certain situations in my life. Ugh.
You hang in there and keep pressing forward, strength or no strength. If we stand together, we can all get through this together.
Hugs!
Your pain is normal. I assure you of this. Much love.
Wanda,
I'm sending you a warm safe hug.
It's good to hear you.
I hear that you are still mourning, and yes... of course you are.
I don't thnk mourning is something that just 'stops' after a certain point in time.
I think it's something we do all the time immdiately after a loss, and then in the months and yeas that follow, we do it peridically, but in between there are more of the smiles and the better times.
Thinking of you so much.
Keep on reaching out here and in 3D...
You have our love and support

Wanda,
How encouraging to hear a positive report. We must take these reprieves from despair while we have them! Yes, bipolar does put extra demands on us I agree. But I also agree that God provides the strength that we need. Glad to hear you have a friend to spend time with. Grieving is lonely business and so it is nice to have company when possible. I continue to pray for you!

It's true. Those of us with mental illness need every bit of spiritual strength we can find.
My pleasure, darling.
Be well,
NOS
Wanda glad you are doing something with someone you care about. ((((Wanda))))
"Normal" is a pretty relative thing I guess. Important is in my humble opinion what works, what makes you stand it. Good to see that you have company for some time!
God places the desire to support and encourage you in our hearts.
