I've been struggling for some time now and I am exhausted mentally and physically. So much has happen that I just can not pull myself together. I have e-mailed a few people asking for help, but have not received any answers. I feel my life is totally out of control and I don't know where to turn. My new doctor has been really changing my meds around. My mood swings are now rapid and drastic. Can anyone help me understand what is going on and if this is going to get better? Please give me some hope.

Thanks wolfbaby,I just need some support now.
I promise, if you ever e-mail me, I will always answer. Unfortunately, I may not have the answers (especially about meds because I don't know much about many of them).
But I want you to know that I care, there is hope, and I want to support you.

Hi Wanda,
Don't know you, just passing through and wanted to say hi and hope you have found some hope.
Wanda have different issues, but do deal with the whole continual change of meds, and they really mess up your body. It takes time for you body to adjust to the new meds. Give it time sweet wanda, and i am sure it will get better.
Blessings.

Hi Wanda,
I passed by your way and saw your post asking for help.
If you can stay out of the hospital and hold on at home, the best thing is to remember to be patient.
Meds take up to 2 weeks to really 'soak in' to your system. And mood swings should even in time, especially if your doc is working to help you with what sounds like med changes where he is trying to help.
That's the med side. Know that people care for you. I hope that you feel better soon, and I know it will only be a matter of time before things don't seem so scary.
From one bipolar to another.
Sincerely,
Tart
Hello Wanda,
I hope you are feeling better. I came to check on you and hope that you are okay.
Sometimes it's just breathing through the very difficult moments, and hanging on because it will change. Moods change and if the docs are working with you, should improve. It looks like you have friends, and they care.
Sincerely,
'Tart
There is hope my friend. Don't forget Jesus loves YOU!!!!Will keep you in my prayers. Stay strong! Don't give up! :)
