I am mildly successful, but after a few weeks I find myself having a very very hard time getting to class...then after a couple days I'm good again! It's very frustrating. I had to work up to it gradually. Maybe you should work up to the slow down gradually also. Maybe make a list of some (non-stressful) things that need doing, with a time frame...so you have the structure of a schedule? It could look something like...<BR/>8am get up<BR/>845 breakfast<BR/>930 go for 10 minute walk<BR/>10 scheduled computer time<BR/>12 lunch with PK...etc<BR/><BR/>We do this kind of thing when on school breaks because it is way too easy to fall into the do nothing, see no one, get very depressed rut. The important thing is to not get stressed if you don't do everything on your list or you don't do something at the time it says. I don't know if this will help, but it definitely helps us with the opposite problem.
